Who we are

Pineridge Resort (operated by Pineridge B&G LLC), 37470 Comfort Cove, Grand Rapids, MN 55744. This policy explains how we handle information collected through this website, reservation requests, and related communications.

Information we collect

• Reservation requests: first and last name, email address, phone number, requested cabin, arrival and departure dates, number of adults and children, whether you plan to bring a pet, how you heard about us, and any notes or questions you choose to include.
• Contact messages: name, email address, optional phone number, and your message.
• Reservation administration: request status (pending, approved, rejected, or cancelled), submission and review times, and related correspondence.
• Email records: recipient address, email type, delivery status, provider message identifiers, timestamps, and delivery or bounce events.
• Security verification: technical information such as your IP address and a one-time verification token, processed by Cloudflare Turnstile when you submit a reservation. The token is not saved with your reservation.

We do not collect payment-card information through the website. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information in notes or messages.

How we use information

We use this information to review reservation requests, hold requested dates while a request is pending, contact you about your stay, send transactional reservation emails, answer your questions, administer reservations, and protect our forms from automated abuse. We do not use it for marketing texts or sell it.

How reservation information is stored and protected

Reservation records are stored and processed in Lovable Cloud, which hosts this website and its database. Access to reservation records and email logs is limited to signed-in resort administrators; database access rules prevent website visitors from reading or changing reservation records. The public availability calendar shows only which dates are taken, not guest details. Reservations are submitted through a server-side process that verifies the spam check before saving.

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no website or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Service providers

• Lovable Cloud — website hosting, database storage, and administrator sign-in.
• Resend — sends transactional reservation emails (request receipts, approvals, rejections, and owner notices) and reports their delivery status.
• Namecheap — forwards email sent to our business address to our mailbox.
• Twilio — delivers internal SMS alerts to the property owner only (see below).
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot verification on the reservation form.
• Google — web fonts and the map embedded on the Contact page, which may receive your IP address and browser information when those load.

These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to us. We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We do not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, retargeting, or similar marketing trackers. Cloudflare Turnstile may use cookies or similar technologies to tell people apart from bots. Administrator sign-in stores a session in the browser for administrators only. The embedded Google map and Google Fonts are governed by Google’s own privacy practices. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs for operation and security.

SMS: Pineridge Resort Owner Reservation Alerts

Twilio is used exclusively to send internal new-reservation alerts from 1-855-627-2202 to the designated property owner, who has explicitly consented to receive them. Alerts include the guest name, cabin, dates, length of stay, and guest counts. Guests do not receive SMS notifications or marketing texts, and entering a phone number on the reservation form does not enroll anyone in SMS.

Message frequency varies with the number of reservation requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Full program terms are in our Terms & Conditions.

SMS privacy statement: Mobile information and SMS consent data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers, such as Twilio and mobile carriers, only as necessary to deliver authorized messages.

Data retention

We keep reservation records, correspondence, and email delivery logs for as long as needed to manage reservations and our business records. [Retention period pending owner confirmation.] You may ask us to delete your information as described below.

Your choices and rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We will respond as required by applicable law; some records may need to be kept for legal or business purposes. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
