Website and reservation requests

This website is operated by Pineridge B&G LLC as Pineridge Resort. Please provide accurate contact and reservation information and do not submit fraudulent requests or misuse the forms.

Submitting a reservation request is not a confirmed booking. Requests are reviewed by the property owner, and Pineridge Resort follows up personally to confirm the details. Pending requests hold the requested dates; if the owner rejects a request, those dates become available again.

Deposit and stay policies

A $600 non-refundable deposit per reservation is required. No online payment is collected through the reservation request form; payment arrangements are handled directly with Pineridge Resort.

Additional cancellation, change, and refund terms are pending owner confirmation and are not established here. Contact Pineridge Resort about these terms before finalizing your stay.

Reservation communications

Contact information supplied with a reservation is used to communicate about that request. Transactional reservation emails are sent through Resend. Incoming business email is forwarded through Namecheap. Guests do not receive SMS notifications or marketing texts, and submitting a reservation form does not give SMS consent.

Pineridge Resort Owner Reservation Alerts

Program purpose: Internal SMS notifications sent exclusively to the designated property owner, who has explicitly consented to receive them, when new reservation requests are submitted. The program is not available to guests and does not send marketing messages.

• Sending number: 1-855-627-2202.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on new reservation submissions.
• Charges: Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient’s mobile plan.
• STOP: The owner can reply STOP to 1-855-627-2202 to opt out of SMS alerts. After opting out, the program should send no further alerts unless the owner enrolls again; a final opt-out confirmation may be sent.
• HELP: Reply HELP to 1-855-627-2202 for assistance, or contact info@thepineridgeresort.com or 651-357-6730.
• Carrier disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability.

Mobile information and SMS consent data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
